This service is exclusively intended for patients receiving treatment with OFEV® and their relatives. To commence your chat with OFELIA, you will require the 6-digit batch number located on the top of your OFEV® package (see illustration). Alternatively, you can use the access code provided by your doctor.

Package-OFEV®

Has your doctor prescribed OFEV® to you to treat your pulmonary fibrosis? In the course of this chat, you can ask all of your questions relating to the disease or the treatment. OFELIA, the virtual assistant will endeavour to help you – 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
