For nearly 50 years, the standard of care for locally advanced (unresectable) and/or metastatic DDLPS has not changed significantly. DDLPS is a liposarcoma subtype that poses a formidable challenge and is characterised by its local recurrence rates and poor overall prognosis.1-3
