Role of B7-H6
B7-H6 is a member of the B7 family of immune receptors, which is expressed in several solid tumors, such as CRC, NSCLC, HNSCC, hepatocellular, gastric, and pancreatic carcinoma while no to very little expression can be detected in normal tissues.1,2
