Generalised pustular psoriasis Area and Severity Index (GPPASI)
The GPPASI combines the scores for each body region (head, trunk, upper and lower limbs) for erythema, pustules, and scaling (desquamation) with the percent involvement of these areas
Select the affected Region:
Upper Limbs
Trunk
Lower Limbs
0.0 Score3 GPPASI Severity: Clear
Head/neck: 0.0 Upper limbs: 0.0 Trunk: 0.0 Lower limbs: 0.0

Generalized Pustular Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (GPPASI)
- The GPPASI was developed based on the Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI), a measure used to assess the area and severity of psoriatic lesions in patients with psoriasis1
- The induration component was replaced with the pustules2
- GPPASI provides a numeric scoring for a patient's overall GPP disease state, ranging from 0 to 72
Calculation of total GPPASI score3
[(E+P+D)x Area] x0.1 (head)]+ [(E+P+D)x Area] x0.1 (upper limb)] +[(E+P+D)x Area] x0.1 (trunk)] [(E+P+D)x Area] x0.1 (lower limb)]

Generalized pustular psoriasis physician global assessment (GPPGA)

Upper Limbs
Trunk
Lower Limbs
0 Score3 GPPGA Severity: Clear

Generalized pustular psoriasis physician global assessment (GPPGA)
- The GPPGA total score is determined based on the mean composite score1
- Each component is graded separately and the average is calculated
Calculation of total GPPGA score
[(E+P+D)/3] (head)]+ [(E+P+D)/3] (upper limb)] +[(E+P+D)/3] (trunk)] [(E+P+D)/3 (lower limb)]
