EL CURSO CLÍNICO DE LOS BROTES DE PPG ES IMPREDECIBLE8

La PPG es heterogénea. Los síntomas del brote y los factores desencadenantes pueden variar e incluso pueden tener una presentación diferente en mismo paciente. Los episodios de PPG anteriores no son un indicador de la severidad o la duración del siguiente brote.3,8

LA PUNTUACIÓN DE LA GPPGA PUEDE UTILIZARSE PARA EVALUAR LOS BROTES9

La GPPGA es una herramienta de calificación que puede utilizarse para evaluar la severidad de los síntomas del brote. Fue creada a partir de una modificación de la PGA, que es una herramienta clínica utilizada por los dermatólogos para evaluar la psoriasis.9
