Dr. Andrew Li Yunkai is a Senior Consultant at Tan Tock Seng Hospital, specialising in Respiratory and Critical Care. He has been serving as Chief Respiratory Service in the Department of Medicine at Woodlands till 2020. In addition, Dr. Andrew has been actively involved in the healthcare digital health initiatives since 2018, particularly in the roll-out and implementation of EPIC in NUHS and NHG. He served as the deputy chief medical informatics officer at Woodlands as well as the NHG Cluster lead for the Analytics & Research Informatics Services (ARIS) group. His subspecialty interest resides in critical care medicine, interstitial lung disease and airway diseases. He is actively involved in medical research and clinical education, garnering multiple awards including the Special Recognition award in 2016 and 2019, the Resident Mentor Award in 2018 and the APSR / J Patrick Barron Medical Education Young Investigator Award in 2019.

Dr. Teoh See Wie is a Family Medicine Specialist with a subspecialty in Palliative Care. He holds an MBBS and MMed from the University of Malaya, along with a Fellowship in Palliative Care and an Executive MBA. With nearly 20 years of clinical experience, he currently leads Klinik Kesihatan Salak and serves as Head of the Subspecialty for Palliative Medicine in Primary Care.
Dr. Teoh is an active researcher and contributor to national clinical guidelines, with multiple publications and awards recognizing his work in hypertension, digital health, and palliative care. His leadership and dedication continue to shape primary healthcare delivery in Malaysia.
