Generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is a rare, chronic, neutrophilic skin disease characterized by widespread eruptions of sterile pustules and erythematous skin that can occur with or without systemic inflammation.1-4  The IL-36 pathway plays a key role in the pathogenesis of GPP, leading to the characteristic signs and symptoms of the disease.2,5
